“LOST HIGHWAY AGAIN” – Buy Mp3
It gets so lonely
Riding on the range
Sometimes I’m so lost
Don’t even know my name
Riding on the edge
As I go around the bend
Nothing to hold on to
This lost highway again …
Riding free on this lost highway again …
Burning up the blacktop
‘Cross the desert floor
Feel the horses running
Hear the engine roar
Smell the perfume
In the cool desert wind
Nothing to hold on to
This lost highway again …
Riding free on this lost highway again …
Off in the distance
Light up ahead
Shadows of riders
Eyes burning red
Are they coming to save us?
Or is this really the end
Nothing to hold on to
This lost highway again …
Riding free on this lost highway again …
If you’re in a bind
Running behind
If you’re in a fix
On route 666
Just let it ride
I’ll be your guide
We’ll chase the devil side by side
Caught in between heaven and hell
Those that know
Don’t live to tell
Nothing to hold on to
This lost highway again …
Riding free on this lost highway again …

Walk On Down The Road – Buy Mp3
Hard times in the land
Red hot fever for cold cash
People looking for something … nothing ever lasts
Some try and keep it all
Some give it away
Some go chasing rainbows for a rainy day
Got my things together I won’t’ let them fence me in …
Walk on down the road head up high walk on down the road look the future in the eye.
Don’t let angry voices tell you what to think
Don’t listen to the fear when they say we’re on the brink
We’ve got each other baby … together we are strong
I know we’ve got it right when everything is wrong …
Walk on down the road head up high walk on down the road look the future in the eye.
Mmmmmm
Walk on down the road
Walk on down the road
I’m a walking …

Cowboys Come to Town – Lyrics

“COWBOYS COME TO TOWN” – Buy Mp3
The last chance saloon is busting at the seams with a bunch of rowdy boys letting off a little steam. The old dance hall is filled wall to wall with dancing girls twirling at the ball, and it’s all going down when the cowboys come to town.
When the cowboys come to town when the cowboys come to town.
When the cowboys come to town they’ll be buying up the rounds the whole town will come down to see the show. Dancing girls in fancy dress gamblers, cars in their vest hired guns and the rest don’t you know?
And it’s all going down when the cowboys come to town.
Billy Yank and Johnny Red never did get along somebody done somebody wrong. You know the song there’s gonna be a fight and I hope it’s not tonight. I’ve got my eye on a pretty dancing girl.
And it’s all going down when the cowboys come to town.
There will be dancing in the street there will be magic in the air.
All the ladies will come out and let down their hair. Beer will flow free at the cowboy jubilee, that pretty dancing girl just might dance with me.
And it’s all going down when the cowboys come to town.
When the cowboys come to town they’ll be buying up the rounds the whole town will come down to see the show. Dancing girls in fancy dress, gamblers, cards in their vest hired guns and the rest don’t you know? And it’s all going down when the cowboys come to town.

Welcome to Gypsy Saddletramps
by Admin on Jun.09, 2010, under Campfire
Thanks for checking out the Official Gypsy Saddletramps homepage. We are proud to announce that two of our songs are now available for purchase. We will be adding more content, photos and videos soon.
From The Legend of the Gypsy Saddletramps:
Gypsy Saddletramps began as a vision in my mind’s eye. There’s a little bit of cowboy and cowgirl in all of us. One winter’s day during a songwriting session my inner cowboy came galloping out at full speed, and there in my mind’s eye I envisioned a full-tilt cowboy band in all of its glory. The mournful wails of Hank Williams and the blissful harmonies of early western groups from my youthful memories came flooding in and blending with spaghetti western sounds and dueling gunslinger western guitars and of course, the Johnny Cash style vocals.
